Best Tooth Whitening Kits

When you smile, you want to have confidence, right?  You want to your teeth to the gleaming and radiant, don’t you? If you have yellowish, stained teeth, you do not want to show them and it is often hard to smile.  These days, there are many options to help you get that white smile you desire.  The way to get this beautiful smile varies and comes in different forms and procedures, but it’s very possible for anyone!  Deciding what fits your lifestyle and budget is up to you.  Knowing that there are many options is nice, but here will present to you the best teeth whitening products. As mentioned, there are quite a few different options when it comes to getting the white, bright smile you are looking for.  So you will need to do your due diligence to find out what might work best for you.

One of the best ways to get white teeth at home is to use a whitening try kit.  There are two ways to get these kits.  One can be purchased from your dentist.  He can make a mold of your smile and teeth so you will have a custom-fit tray that works just for you.  Then he will send you home with whitening gel that you can add to the trays.  Depending on the strength of the gel, you can either leave them in for 20 minutes or sleep in them.  This option gives good results, but the cost can be a little high since there is a dentist visit and custom tray fitting and manufacturing involved.  Another at home whitening option involves trays that you purchase as the pharmacy or in the cosmetic section of the grocery store.  The trays will work but may not fit as snuggly as a custom-fit one, although the cost is much lower. This options also includes gel and instructions for adding it to the tray as you work toward a whiter, brighter smile.

Another great choice as one of the best tooth whitening kits is leave in whitening strips. Many of the major toothpaste brands have strips that you can put on your teeth and wear as you go about your day.  Some of them work while you leave them in for a while then remove the strips and discard.  But there are many that just dissolve away after a bit of time.  You can put them in and go on, knowing that in a few hours, the strips will be gone, but your teeth will be whiter!

A recently invented option is the teeth whitening pen.  You can carry it in your bag, purse or pocket and use to touch up areas of your teeth that are dingy or yellow.  The cost is low and the convenience is high.  It does not work great for your entire smile, but for smaller areas of discoloration, it’s a great fix!

Whatever tooth whitening kit you choose to go with, remember that good dental hygiene is always the best way to approach getting a healthy, radiant smile.  You can also plan to use a tooth paste with some sort of whitening agent in it at least one of the times per day that you brush.
